Fermented coconut water, transformed into small cubes that are both crunchy and melt-in-your-mouth. The idea originated in the Philippines, then Nata de coco became very popular in Asia. At Yumbei, you shake the bottle and voilà, you drink and chew at the same time!
Neither. Yumbei is a ready-to-drink beverage, no preparation needed. And unlike bubble tea, there are no tapioca pearls or required straw: just Nata de coco cubes to chew in the bottle.
Ingredients vary by flavor, but the recipe concept remains the same: water, nata de coco, fruit concentrate, tea extract, flavorings, citric acid acidifier, potassium sorbate preservative. Full details on each flavor's product page. Complete details are on each product page.
Depending on the flavor, between 17 and 20 kcal per 100ml, and 4.1 to 4.7g of sugar per 100ml. Enough to indulge without compromise.
Our drinks are designed in Paris (with a wandering spirit in Asia) and lovingly produced in France.
